Physical Therapy

A Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist assistant will evaluate and treat you, in your home, if you are suffering from a physical disability due to injury, disease or surgery. The Physical Therapist will monitor, document and report your progress, according to your plan of treatment ordered by your physician.
